IF Art Howe (67)
Howe came to Houston in a January 1976 trade and played for the Astros from 1976 to 1982. In 706 games, he played all of the infield positions (even a little shortstop) and compiled a .269/.337/.394 batting line. As Manager of the team from 1989 to 1993, he had a 392-418 record.
SS Jimmy Sexton (62)
Traded to Houston from Seattle in December 1977, Sexton played in 140 games for the Astros in 1978 and 1979, hitting .207/.284/.277.
